De origen Mejicano, Emilio es un cosmopolita que domina seis idiomas, ha viajado a muchos países y ha trabajado en Alemania, Japón y los Estados Unidos. Durante sus sies años en los Estados Unidos pasó temporadas en las mejores cocinas aprendiendo de los chefs mas ilustres como Roys Yamaguchi en Philadelphia. Emilio es un apasionado de la cocina de toda la vida, y según el, el secreto para cocinar un buen pescado es que sea siempre bien fresco y que se corte y prepare justo antes de servir. Emilio es actualmente el jefe de cocina en el Restaurante Sun Quint, en Son Vida, Mallorca.

Originally from Mexico, the cosmopolitan Emilio is fluent in six languages, and has also lived and worked in Germany, Japan, the United States and has travelled to many more countries. During his time in the United States where he spent time in famous kitchens learning from top chefs like Roys Yamaguchi in Philadelphia. Emilio has been passionate about cooking all his life. His secret for cooking a great fish is to make sure the fish is as fresh as possible, and never to cut it or prepare it until just before it is going to be served. Emilio is currently Executive Chef at Sun Quint Restaurant in Son Vida, Mallorca
