Its well-known chef Guillermo Méndez likes to work with flavours that remind him of his youth and the Mallorcan kitchen, combining them with the best imported products. He is happy that he can delight clients with his new creations, and that, at the same time, they still order some of Guillermo's classic dishes that have been on the menu for more than ten years. Enjoy a wonderful gastronomic experience in the restaurant; an old olive press from the 16th century which has been refurbished, or on the terrace with lovely views of the mountains and the town. El Olivo is classified as one of the best restaurants in Spain 2007 by 'Restauradores' and has won the 'Wine Spectator Award of Excellence' for the seventh year running.
Directions From the Airport follow the signs to Palma. Then, take the exit for the Via Cintura and after a while, the exit for Valldemossa. After passing through Valldemossa follow the signs to Deià. Drive through the centre of Deià where you will see signs for the Hotel.
