Description Ecorganic GastroBar is a small and charming establishment which offers organically produced, seasonal and wholemeal foods, some of them fair trade products, and all of the finest quality with a special focus on a balanced diet and a deep respect for the environment.
Luis Urrutiabeaskoa, owner and chef, explains: ‘Our philosophy is to use organically produced foods or if they are unavailable to choose the most natural and sustainable products. Our aim is to offer an attractive and modern cuisine which does not tamper with the natural conditions of the produce.'
Located in the old town of Palma, at Ecorganic you will find a restaurant service, food to take away and a small 'corner' which is dedicated to the sale of certified organic products such as cereals, vegetables, wines and a selection of oils and salts.
At lunchtime there is a Menu of the Day consisting of three dishes and for dinner there is a Tasting Menu of seven dishes (with or without organic wines). Booking is essential for dinner.

Specialty Ecorganic GastroBar is an organic restaurant which offers a Take Away service. It sells organic, ecologically and locally produced products and offers a home catering service. Lunches and meals can be made to order with 48 hours' notice. Homemade desserts.
Only the finest quality products are used, when possible these are always organic and local. Creative cuisine using seasonal and wholemeal products, some fairtrade.
Take Away – All dishes from the Menu of the day can be served to go.
Menu of the Day (at lunchtime) from Monday to Friday - €14.50 (including water and IVA). Changes daily. Made using seasonal produce and in keeping with a balanced diet: the starter consists of soup, cereal and vegetables, the main dish always includes either animal or vegetable protein.
Dinner from Monday to Saturday, only by prior reservation: Tasting Menu (with or without organic wines included). Signature dishes made using more modern techniques.
Tasting Menu (without wines) €45-55 (including IVA). Consists of: Tasting of oils and salts, appetiser, two starters, one fish dish, one meat dish, 2 desserts. Vegetarian Menu option: €40
Tasting Menu (with wines) €60-70 (including IVA). Vegetarian Menu option: €50-55

Other facilities The restaurant can cater for groups of 6 to 12 people by prior reservation. Menu tastings can be arranged in the restaurant for catering services.
Personalised Catering service delivered to your home. There is also an exterior space available in Palma old city which can be used for celebrations and events of up to 60 people seated or 100 people for a cocktail party.
