David González es el Fundador y Presidente del Petit Club de Sumillers de las Islas Baleares además de ser sumiller y co-fundador del Restaurante Sa Cuina de n'Aina en Sencelles. 
 
David siempre ha tenido interés en el mundo del vino ya que formaba parte esencial de su carrera profesional en Sa Cuina de n'Aina, restaurante que abrió en 1995. En el 2009 David empezó a iniciarse en el mundo profesional de la cata de vinos tras haber sido participe y miembro organizador de eventos de la talla de TaPalma, la Mostra de Cuina Mallorquina y La Nit del Vi. 
 
David elabora el vino de la casa de su restaurante junto a Ca Sa Padrina y actualmente gestiona una viña de callet de propiedad privada. 

 
David Gonzalez is the founder and president of the Balearic Petit Club of Sommeliers as well as being the resident sommelier and co-founder of Sa Cuina de n'Aina Restaurant in Sencelles. 
 
David has always been interested in the world of wine as it has always been an intrinsic part of his professional career at Sa Cuina de n'Aina, the restaurant he opened in 1995. David started immersing himself professionally in wine tasting in 2009 after participating and helping to organise events such as the TaPalma tapas festival, the Mostra de Cuina Mallorquina and the Nit del Vi.  
 
David makes the house wine for his restaurant along with Ca Sa Padrina and is currently managing a privately owned callet vineyard.
