Description
Cuba Colonial, fondly known by everyone as Bar Cuba, is the establishment which has brought the emblematic Hostal Cuba building in Palma back to life, and has become a trendy meeting place in Palma.
The Hostal Cuba and Bar Cuba were built in 1904 and occupy a magnificent location in the Santa Catalina neighbourhood. This is where fishermen used to come to eat, drink and stay all those years ago. The building, with its spectacular colonial architecture, instantly became one of the most emblematic places in Palma. Now completely renovated, Bar Cuba has reopened as a café, restaurant and bar called Cuba Colonial.
As such, it has maintained its original elegant style and added a complementary contemporary touch, good cocktails, good music and delicious cuisine. It opens 365 days a year and all day every day. You will be able to enjoy a coffee or a meal on the ground floor or go downstairs to the trendy chill out area.
The team in the kitchen is run by Fran and Miguel, two very enthusiastic Mallorcan chefs whose aim it is to offer varied cuisine which reintroduces some traditional Mallorcan recipes.

The bar is open until 02.00 in the morning from Sunday to Thursday and until 04.00 on Friday and Saturday.
The chill out area on the first floor is open till 04.00 in the morning.

Can cater for groups of a maximum of 80 people in the restaurant and 80 people in the Chill Out area. Can cater for any type of event. There are set menus starting at €25 per person.
