Caty Pieras decidió embarcar en una carrera en los fogones entre otras cosas porque le gustaba la idea de poder alegrar a los demás con sus creaciones culinarias. Tras acabar sus estudios trabajó en varios restaurantes y hoteles de alto nivel; en Barcelona trabajó en Racó de'n Freixa, restaurante con una estrella Michelín, y en Restaurant Sant Pau, de 3 estrellas Michelín y Relais & Chateaux. Fue Jefe de Cocina del Restaurante Es Vi del Castillo Hotel Son Vida donde deleitaba a sus clientes con una cocina creativa y mallorquina de vanguardia. Ahora ha cogido las riendas de su propio restaurante. Para Caty lo más importante es mantener los sabores auténticos de los productos y transmitir alegría y bienestar al cliente.

Caty Pieras decided to embark on a career in the kitchen amongst other things because she liked the idea of making people happy through her culinary creations. After finishing her studies she worked at various renowned restaurants and hotels; in Barcelona she worked at Racó d'en Freixa, a restaurant with a Michelin Star and at Sant Pau Restaurant with 3 Michelin Stars and Relais & Chateaux. She was Head Chef at Es Vi Restaurant at the Castillo Hotel Son Vida where she delighted customers with her creative and innovative Mallorcan cuisine. Now caty runs her own restaurant. Caty lends most importance to maintaining the authentic flavour of the products used and transmitting joy and wellbeing to all her customers.
