Description
The charming Casal Santa Eulàlia offers fine dining in the restaurant which is located in the old wine cellar, and combines the rustic historical aspects of the house with a modern sophistication and elegance. Chef Marcos Blanco's cuisine is of a high standard; modern and creative - based on Mediterranean and Mallorcan recipes, using fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables from the gardens. In summer, dine 'al fresco' out on the terrace and enjoy the natural setting.

Fresh and seasonal ingredients from the market. Creative, refined Mediterranean cuisine with a traditional base. Fresh fish. Chef's Suggestions of the Day - 3 courses to choose for 34.50 € per person

There is a barbecue every Monday and Wednesday at Sa Pedrera, on Mondays the barbecue is mostly meat including a black Mallorcan pork steak with homemade sauces and organic bread. On Wednesday the barbecue specialises in fish, with sea based tapas, fish stew, seafood, special touches by Ametla+ products and fresh vegetables.
Barbecues takes place from 20.00-23.00 and include live music.

Dishes are adapted to suit the following dietary requirements

Hotel in Ca'n Picafort, Majorca
The Hotel Rural Casal de Santa Eulàlia is a converted farmhouse located on an estate that dates back to 1242 and, although the house has been restored, it retains the typical Majorcan stately character of this period. The Hotel offers 25 splendid, well-equipped rooms with a terrace or balcony, air-conditioning, telephone, satellite TV and minibar. Most of the rooms are also equipped with hydro-massage baths. Starters  - Pig's Trotters; 'Coca mallorquina' with grilled aubergine and thin slices of calamari marinated in parsley oil; Marinated Salmon Tartar with baked apple, fennel and butter bread; Crispy shrimps with lemon ali-oli and balsamic oil

Fish & Meat Dishes - Grilled gilt head with sautéed vegetables and Majorcan herbs; Monk Fish in almond crust with pumpkin and green apple soup; Red tuna fillet in a 7 spices crust with capers, sun-dried tomatoes, mandarin reduction and pickled brine; Veal sirloin with red wine, crystallized onion, port sauce and apple; Roast of lamb in its juice the traditional way with purée of truffle; Grilled black Majorcan pork with caramelized sherry shallots

Desserts - Chocolate cream with couscous of Majorcan biscuits in orange juice



Other facilities

Banqueting service for up to 150 people to celebrate any occasion or event. Please give at least a month's notice. There is also a conference room.
