Una aerolínea alemana ofrecerá platos con sabor mallorquín
 
El cocinero Marc Fosh será el encargado de preparar las comidas de los pasajeros más exclusivos de la aerolínea alemana Lufthansa, y les va a sorprender con unos platos de sabor mallorquín. Lufthansa ha contado con la asesoría de grandes cocineros como Thomas Keller (New York/Napa Valley, CA), Paul Bocuse (Lyon, France) y del español Santi Santamaría. 
 
El viajero tendrá la oportunidad de probar algunos platos emblemáticos de la cocina mediterránea de Fosh como el “Gazpacho Amarillo con salmón marinado y sorbete de aguacate” o su ultima versión de “Lubina a la Mallorquina”.
 
Para endulzar la boca, la oferta incluye “Trufa de Chocolate y aceite de oliva con flor de sal y gelatina de frambuesa-pimiento rojo”. 
 
Thomas Sattelberger, vicepresidente de Productos y Servicios de Lufthansa, presume de que 'en el último año todos los jefes de cocina contratados para este programa han sido importantes estrellas del panorama mundial'. "Estoy muy ilusionado de empezar a trabajar con Lufthansa y esto es sin duda uno los los retos mas grandes de mi vida" dice Marc Fosh. 

A German airline will be offering Mallorcan dishes on its flights

Chef Marc Fosh will be in charge of creating dishes for upper class customers on the German Lufthansa airline and he will be surprising travellers with dishes of a distinct Mallorcan flavour. Lufthansa has in the past offered creations by chefs as distinguished as Thomas Keller (New York/Napa Valley), Paul Bocuse (Lyon, France) and Spaniard Santi Santamaria. 

Travellers will be able to savour some of Fosh's emblematic Mediterranean dishes such as 'Yellow gazpacho with marinated salmon and avocado sorbet' or his latest version of 'Mallorcan Sea bass'. 

The menu will also include 'Chocolate truffle with olive oil, flor de sal and raspberry and red pepper jelly'. 

Thomas Sattelberger, vicepresident of products and services at Lufthansa proudly states that 'in the last year, all the chefs taking part in our culinary program have been important professionals on an international level'. Marc Fosh says he is 'very excited at the prospect of working with Lufthansa on what will be one of my most challenging projects to date'.
