Description
The restaurant at Hotel Can Simoneta is set in a truly spectacular spot on the northeastern part of the island, right on the cliffs overlooking the sea. The Chef and his team offer a creative, seasonal cuisine which involves careful preparation and presentation using fresh products, many of which are grown on the property. In summer, have your meal on the fabulous terrace under starry skies, or during the day enjoy the lovely views of the Bay of Canyamel. In winter, the interior dining room offers a modern and warm atmosphere with a state-of-the-art fireplace. 
 
Directions
Coming into Canyamel you will see the famous tower of Canyamel on the left. Follow the road to Canyamel. At the roundabout you will see the entrance to the grounds of the Hotel straight ahead.

Hotel in Canyamel, Majorca
The two buildings of Hotel Can Simoneta of four stars are more than 140 years old, but they have recently been completely renovated. Now a light, comfortable and modern hotel, it offers 12 double bedrooms and 6 suites, all equipped with the latest conveniences including air conditioning and heating, internet access, satellite TV, minibar, telephone, safe and minibar. Every room is different, some have a terrace, with a sea or mountain view - all at 15 metres from the sea. Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and a large Mediterranean garden park of 50,000 m2.

Starters - Sardines with a vinaigrette of raspberry and avocado mousse; Scallops with Jabugo and salt of es Trenc; Foie-gras with a mousse of mushrooms and reduction of Amaretto 

Fish - Turbot with a chop suey of artichokes and a maracuja juice; Hake with pil-pil of peas and candied tomato with Jabugo broth; Red tuna with pepper mousse and vinaigrette of black olives

Meat - Shoulder of suckling lamb with gnocchi filled with mushrooms. and cardamom sauce; Sirloin of cebon froth of hot potatoes and toffee of mushrooms; Shoulder of an iberian pig with roasted artichokes and candied potatoes and a honey-rosemary-sauce
