Can Mateu in Algaida, only 20 minutes away from Palma, has a very comprehensive offering for events and special occasions. It can cater for weddings, baptisms, communions, birthday parties, business meals or even intimate family get-togethers. The restaurant offers seasonal Mallorcan cuisine by Chef Sebastian Ballester who delights his customers with menus which can be adapted to suit any event or preference.

The restaurant has a beautiful garden which is spacious enough to accommodate banquets of up to 500 people, and which is also the perfect location for a romantic wedding ceremony. If the weather does not allow for an outside event, Ca'n Mateu also has a large terrace and three interior rooms with different capacities and atmospheres. Children are also very welcome at Can Mateu and can enjoy the children's play area and special children's menus.

No matter the size of your special occasion, Can Mateu will always take care of every detail so that events are stress-free and fully personalized to suit the hosts' unique preferences.

Can Mateu can take care of every detail of your event, from beginning to end. The restaurant is able to offer a wide variety of services from music and entertainment, decoration, florists, and wedding cakes to the organization of ceremonies and children´s entertainment.

The customer can choose between three different settings, modern, traditional or rustic. Depending on the number of guests, different spaces can be used or adapted and various spaces can be used during one event. The garden is able to accommodate a maximum of 500 guests and can also be the location for a wedding ceremony.

The terrace can take a maximum of 300 people, and can be used both during the winter and during the summer, as it is partly covered. The interior rooms adapt perfectly to each customer's preferences and can accommodate a maximum of 200 people.
