The restaurant was originally inaugurated in 1943 and over the years, was well known in Palma as the best fish and seafood restaurant in the area. Can Eduardo, ideally located above the Palma fish market, has been beautifully modernised in order to offer an updated image to all its clientele but has maintained its traditional fresh fish and seafood cuisine. All the fish is bought at the fish market underneath the restaurant and is prepared in a simple and healthy way so as not to interfere with all its natural flavour.
Wide windows have been installed which allow for some of the best views of the Cathedral and the bay of Palma. At night the view is spectacular and can be enjoyed both from the air conditioned dining room and the outside terrace. Can Eduardo is the perfect choice for any fish lover and the restaurant's new look has created a modern and comfortable setting in a privileged location.
