Cuisine • Mediterranean • Market Description Can Blau Restaurant is located within the Gran Hotel Soller and offers a Mediterranean, modern market cuisine of a high standard. Gourmet delicacies are creatively prepared by chef Javier Weil, which can be complemented with a fine wine from the well-stocked cellar.
Javier opts for a combination of simple dishes as well as more elaborate ones to satisfy all tastes. On the menu he also includes some traditional dishes which he has given a modern touch, such as the grilled prawns from Soller, an ever popular Mediterranean delicacy, and his novel version of the Carpaccio of Soller Prawns.
Dine in style in this grand building dating back to the 19th century, now modernised to provide a relaxing, sophisticated and modern environment for customers to enjoy a fine dining experience at very reasonable prices.
Open Air Barbeque in the garden every Friday night in Summer. Enjoy barbecued fish or meat with potatoes, vegetables or sausage from the Balearics all grilled on vegetable charcoals, and dessert. Price: €29 per person. The tunnel fare back will be reimbursed. (Prices include IVA)
Directions Can Blau Restaurant at Gran Hotel Sóller, is just off the lower side of the central plaza of Soller. Follow the tram lines and you will see the hotel on your right.

It boasts 38 beautifully decorated rooms with all modern conveniences for the comfort and enjoyment of all guests.
