Description Tucked away in a side street very near Palma's Plaza España, Bri Restaurant is a small contemporary establishment which serves fresh and creative cuisine by Chef Pep Socias.
Pep creates a different lunch and dinner menu every week according to the seasonal produce available and the menus always include at least one option for vegetarians and celiacs.
The lunch menu is a favourite with local business people or people looking for a healthy and tasty meal after a morning shopping in the centre of Palma. At night, the restaurant is transformed using atmospheric lighting and becomes a romantic space in which to enjoy the exquisite five course tasting menu.
Ingredients include fresh produce from the family vegetable gardens and vegetarians will be delighted by the creative and innovative way vegetables and pulses are incorporated into the dishes at Bri. For those who prefer meat or fish, there is also always an option available.
The cuisine is perfectly accompanied by the carefully selected wine list which Pep is happy to advise customers on and which includes samples from some of the lesser known Mallorcan wineries.
