Description
Azul Playa Restaurant in Mallorca. In the 60s and 70s Hotel Azul Playa was known as a place where one could enjoy some of the best dishes available on the island. Today, Rustic Hotels has refurbished this emblematic site with the objective of offering the best of that time: a place where guests and diners feel welcome and taken care of in a relaxing and light atmosphere. Chef Marcos Morey is in charge of the kitchen, which is predominantly Mediterranean and perfectly combines modern and classic aspects. The main focus is on 'products from the sea', using local fresh fish and seafood from the island. The large terrace in front of the sea invites guests to relax, pass the time, forget daily stresses and fully enjoy this truly Mediterranean setting.

Main Courses - John Dory with a parsley and potato emulsion served with glazed baby vegetables in lemon and fresh herbs; Loin of lamb with goat's cheese terrine and wild mushrooms in a Pedro Ximénez liqueur sauce

Desserts - Raspberry terrine in a chilled mandarine consumé with sorbet; White chocolate brownie
