Description Aurei Restaurant, located within the Club de Mar premises in Palma, Mallorca, offers a bright atmosphere with fabulous views of the port and the cathedral, and delicious traditional recipes with a touch of modern gourmet cuisine.
Chef Marc Canalis prepares a creative cuisine using Mediterranean products and strives to reintroduce customers to Spanish recipes like cod innards, a Catalan delicacy. The dishes will remind you of a traditional cuisine, but are presented in a modern and creative fashion.
Aurei recovers traditional products and dishes and offers them to their clients within a privileged atmosphere, never failing to accompany them with an impeccable service.

Long Tasting Menu - Consists of 2 entrées, one chef's tapas, first course, a fish dish, a meat dish, pre-dessert, cheese platter, digestive ice cream, dessert and petit fours; Served for whole tables €60 (not including drinks or tax)

Fish and meat dishes - Red mullet deboned and golden on a base of spinach, pine nuts and raisins; Steamed hake, with glazed endive and a cauliflower puré; Crunchy confit of suckling pig, with a parsnip puré and cardamom; Young pigeon deboned and roasted with a strawberry and banana sauté
Desserts - Sponge cake of Macha tea, with a pineapple infusion, iced Rum and pistacho ice cream; Chocolate soufflé, ice cream of Piamonte hazelnut, with a cocoa sauce and flower candy
Other facilities The restaurant can accommodate a maximum of 80 people seated and 100 people standing. Please book a month in advance for large groups.
Can organise dinners and events for a maximum of 90 people with previously agreed prices and menus.
The restaurant opens for dinner in the evenings for groups of 14 people or more, by prior arrangement (at least 72 hours).
Wine List The carefully selected list is made up of wines from Mallorca and the mainland, and also includes imported cavas and champagnes.
