Description At Hotel Club S'Illot
in Majorca, you will find the gourmet restaurant Albacora. Enjoy Mediterranean
cuisine with French influences, carefully prepared and presented by chef Jörg
Thiele, and supported by a great personal service. The hotel is owned and
managed by the Guiscafre family since 1965. The warm, friendly ambience and the
careful attention to detail are an invitation to try a cuisine which combines
the best fresh seasonal products from the Mediterranean with a few surprising
(and tasty!) touches of the modern molecular cuisine. The dining room has
views of the sea, and in summer, enjoy your meal out on the romantic
terrace.

offers a special 'marriage of food and wine'. Five courses combined with five

Main Dishes - Saltimboca of loin of rabbit on a

Variation of lamb, sautée of Mediterranean vegetables and lavender flower

fennel bulb and a risotto of red beetroot
Home-made Desserts - Catalan cream with rosemary and
