    Description 
    At Hotel Club S'Illot in Majorca, you will find the gourmet restaurant Albacora. Enjoy Mediterranean cuisine with French influences, carefully prepared and presented by chef Jörg Thiele, and supported by a great personal service. The hotel is owned and managed by the Guiscafre family since 1965. The warm, friendly ambience and the careful attention to detail are an invitation to try a cuisine which combines the best fresh seasonal products from the Mediterranean with a few surprising (and tasty!) touches of the modern molecular cuisine. The dining room has views of the sea, and in summer, enjoy your meal out on the romantic terrace.

    Take the main road into S'Illot. Turn right into C/ Dentol, left into Avenida de los Pins and left into Camino del Mar. Two streets further down you will cross over C/ Cards

    Fusion cuisine - Mediterranean with a French base using fresh, high quality products from the market. The menus change four times a year.

    Once a Month Albacora offers a special 'marriage of food and wine'. Five courses combined with five wines at approximately €45 per person. Only available per table.

    Starters - Octopus carpaccio with pig trotters, vine tomatoes and parmesan; Terrine of red tuna with confit of mango and black pepper doughnut

    Soups and Warm Starters - Watercress foam with a fresh goat's cheese sorbet; Lobster ravioli on a bed of broad beans, orange and black olives

    Main Dishes - Saltimboca of loin of rabbit on a concoction of artichokes; Stuffed ox tail, black salsify and pine nut sauce; Variation of lamb, sautée of Mediterranean vegetables and lavender flower gnocchis; Fillet of gilthead with sautée of watercress; Fillet of John Dory with fennel bulb and a risotto of red beetroot

    Home-made Desserts - Catalan cream with rosemary and honey with tonka beans; A suspension of fruits in sangria with an orange blossom sorbet; French toast of banana and coconut; Variation of Iberian cheeses

    Other facilities

    Banqueting facilities for any type of private or company event for up to 60 people in the restaurant and 30 on the terrace. Please book at least one month in advance in peak season.

    A careful selection of Spanish wines, with an emphasis on quality wines from Mallorca (e.g. Toni Gelabert, Miguel Gelabert, Jaime Mesquida and more...)
