Description Al Aqua Restaurant is located near the beach of Cala Ferrera in the East of Mallorca, a few kilometres from Cala d'Or. It's a bit of a hidden treasure set on a hill and surrounded by lush vegetation. Al Aqua is a modern and bright establishment where you can enjoy excellent Mediterranean and Italian cuisine on the lovely open-air terrace, decorated in a minimalist style.
Chef Marzio Cambuli, originally from Italy, likes to use fresh seasonal products from the market to create his Daily and Weekly Recommendations, apart from the variety of dishes on the Menu. Specialities Fresh Mediterranean and Italian cuisine using some seasonal products. Fresh fish and quality metas are served at Al Aqua. Besides the menu, there are daily and weekly Chef's Suggestions, which change depending upon the availability of products at the market.
Special dishes can be pre-ordered (minimum for 2 people and please give 2-3 days' notice). Examples: Whole Sea Bass oven-baked in Salt, Oven-baked Suckling Pig, etc.

Desserts - Panna Cotta with rose essence & strawberries cooked in balsamic mint mousse with vanilla essence; Ice cream with hot chocolate sauce and toasted almond slices

Services Groups of up to 30 people can be accommodated. Please book at least one week in advance. Set menus are available for groups.
