Description Gadus Restaurant in Cala d'Or was opened in 2007 by Toni Llull. The restaurant has a young, dynamic and creative team and many of the products, such as the bread, jams, ice creams etc. are handmade on the premises. The kitchen is managed by the husband and wife team Sebastian Raggiante and Luciana Conte, also the pastry chef. Sebastian and Luciana use the experience they've gained at prestigious restaurants such as El Bulli *** and Le Petit Nice *** in France, amongst others, to create delicious, and visually surprising dishes.
The waiting service is under the direction of Àngel Gornés, who is also happy to suggest a suitable wine for every dish. The gastronomic offering includes various tasting menus with a selection of recommended wines from the well stocked cellar. At Gadus Restaurant you can also enjoy your meal on the terrace which has outstanding views of the Port of Cala d'Or.
Directions On the main road from Cala d'Or to Porto Petro turn into Calle Port Petit and you will find parking at the new complex and a lift down to the restaurant.

Specialty Creative Mediterranean cuisine using high quality ingredients. Pastries and desserts are made in house. Gadus also offers special events and dinners combining food and wine.
There are 4 different Tasting Menus which are offered during Summer 2009 (dishes can be selected on an 'a la carte' basis as well):

Menu FIRE €75 - Appetizer, 2 Starters, Fish, Gin & Tonic, Meat, 2 Desserts, Petit Fours
Menus are served for the whole table. If dishes are changed from Menu to Menu there is a supplement of €5. Each Tasting Menu can be accompanied by recommended wines.

Other facilities Set menus for groups larger than 12 people. Maximum capacity (whole restaurant) is 60 dinner guests inside and 140 using inside and the terrace, subject to availability. Booking is required with a minimum of 2 weeks notice for large groups. Wine list A carefully selected list of about 200 wines from Spain, France and the New World. There are also various wines from Mallorca - BiniGrau, Jaume Mesquida, Miquel Gelabert and Toni Gelabert, among others. Cavas and Champagnes.
