It is Mallorca's only restaurant awarded two stars by the famous Michelin guide. Defined by its distinctive style, elegance, gastronomic creativity and attention to detail, it understandably attracts the most demanding gourmet aficionados. Award-winning chef Gerhard Schwaiger, along with his professional team, sets international trends with his innovative creations. The menu is strongly influenced by fresh seasonal produce from the market, exuding original flavours which result in a unique, signature cuisine. Directions Take the Palma-Andratx freeway. Take the Portals Nous offramp and cross over the circle. As you come into the Port of Portals take the first turning to the right and find parking as soon as you can. Examples from the Gourmet Tapas Menu: Whole Hallimasch mushrooms roasted and served as a cream with iced essence of partridge; Filet of sole sole with paella infusion, ginger and tapioka sauce; Côte de boeuf grilled with ravioli of Merguez, leek, onions and barbeque sauce; Cornetto stuffed with camenbert, blue cheese and chocolate bread; Tapitas of raspberries and peach.
