Description
For over 25 years, restaurant Las Olas (meaning the waves in Spanish) has been serving customers who come from all parts of the island and abroad to dine here. At this family-run restaurant in the Port of Sóller, the cuisine is always prepared with local, fresh products whenever possible (a lot of them are from his own garden), so seasonal changes are made to the menu.

At Las Olas, chef Juan works a lot with fresh fish - whatever the fishermen have caught that day - served up simply grilled or baked in the oven. Juan likes to be creative, so a lot of the dishes are in-house creations! Take in the lovely views of the bay and the port from a table on the terrace, or through the large windows from the interior dining room. 

Directions
As you come into the Port of Soller by car, bus, tram, or on foot you will find Las Olas on your right a third of the way around the bay overlooking the beach.

Fresh mediterranean cuisine with speciality in fresh fish and seafood. Freshly made paellas. Home-made desserts. Special traditional dishes like 'caldereta de langosta' (lobster casserole) can be pre-ordered with a day's notice. Take away service is also available.
