Description
La Piazzetta restaurant opened its doors in 1998 in the very picturesque 'Coast of Pines' (Costa de los Pinos). Owner Pasquale Valluzzi is well known in the area for his extensive menu and delicious dishes, which are carefully prepared with fresh, high quality ingredients. Many products are also flown in specially from Italy: Pasquale was the first to introduce his 'Pasta de Pasquale en Formaggio' - created with a cheese weighing 30-40 kilograms.

Let Pasquale entice your taste buds with the fruits of his labour! His cuisine and his wine cellar (boasting the most exquisite selection of vintage wines from Italy) are his passions, and he delights in the satisfaction of his many clients. At La Piazzetta English, Spanish, Italian and German are spoken.

Specialty
Every lunchtime from 13.00 to 15.30 there is a menu of the day for €15.50 including three courses

'Alta Cucina Italiana' - Haute cuisine from Italy. An extensive menu with genuine products flown in from Italy, e.g. the 'Fiorentina' cheese of 30-40 kg. The best lobster is available here, but please reserve it in advance (the restaurant also does portions for one person). Fresh truffles from Italy.

Spaghetti Casareccia, an extremely popular dish in the North of Italy about 25 years ago. You can enjoy this delicious Italian meal at La Piazzette after a game of golf or a swim in the sea. This year's cheese, a 'Parmigiano Reggiano' weighs 40 kgs. Pasquale showed us how it's prepared in front of the client (see the VIDEO of La Piazzetta in Spanish).

The wine cellar at La Piazzetta has been proudly and carefully created by Pasquale. Enjoy vintage wines from Italy, and a variety of quality Spanish wines; everything to complement each meal perfectly.
