Description
The charming Casal Santa Eulàlia offers fine dining in the restaurant which is located in the old wine cellar, and combines the rustic historical aspects of the house with a modern sophistication and elegance. Chef Marcos Blanco's cuisine is of a high standard; modern and creative - based on Mediterranean and Mallorcan recipes, using fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables from the gardens. In summer, dine 'al fresco' out on the terrace and enjoy the natural setting.

The Hotel Rural Casal de Santa Eulàlia is a converted farmhouse located on an estate that dates back to 1242 and, although the house has been restored, it retains the typical Majorcan stately character of this period.
