Description
Ca'n Calent gourmet restaurant in Campos offers a creative, market cuisine which respects the earth's cycles and its products. Chef Miquel Vicens creates dishes from Mallorcan recipes, using the finest and freshest ingredients, with what's available seasonally from the market. The restaurant is modern, light and has two water features which are part of the décor.

The art on the walls is changed regularly, and promotes mostly artists from Mallorca. There are also set menus for special group celebrations, company lunches or dinners and there is a take away service available.

Directions
Coming in from Llucmajor take Camino Ciutat Vell to the right before the hypermarket Eroski. This becomes Ronda Jaume II then Ronda Estacio where you will find the restaurant on your right.

Creative, market cuisine using fresh, organic products where possible. The menu is adapted five times a year to accommodate seasonal changes. All items on the menu are freshly home-made.

Starters - Potatoes 'A lo pobre', or poor style with egg yolk and black truffle; Warm fig salad with homemade sobrassada and micro vegetables; Cured Foie terrine with salt and herbs and a reduction of sweet hierbas



Main courses - Fresh pasta nests with creamy ducks eggs; Lamb fillet with seasonal mushrooms, purée and soup of rosemary mushrooms; Cod with fried sobrassada and honey; Roast suckling pig 2010 version

Desserts -  Crema Catalana with orange ice cream and fresh fruit; Symphony of Mallorcan almonds; Chocolate foam with cherry ice cream and its caviar

Other facilities

Banqueting facilities for weddings, communions, private parties, companies etc for maximum of up to 150 people. Set menus available. Please book at least 2 days in advance.

Approximately 65 references of quality wines from Mallorca and mainland Spain.
