Marzio Cambuli es de origen italiano, pero ha vivido en Mallorca, España por muchos años y ha acumulado una gran experiencia en varios restaurantes de alta gama aquí en la isla. Incluso ha trabajado con Marc Fosh cuando estuvo en el Read's Hotel. A Marzio le gusta crear platos con productos frescos y estacionales que encuentra en el mercado y asegura que su cocina es natural y casi sin grasas. Marzio es el cocinero del Agroturismo Hotel Sa Galera en Ca's Concos.
Marzio Cambuli is originally from Italy but he has lived in Mallorca, Spain for many years, during which time he has accumulated a wealth of work experience in various reputable restaurants across the island. He even worked with Marc Fosh when he was at Read's Hotel. Marzio likes to create dishes with fresh, seasonal products he finds at the market and stresses that his cuisine is natural and practically fat free. Marzio is currently the chef at the Agroturismo Hotel Sa Galera in Cas Concos, Mallorca
