    Martin Sveen tiene experiencia de cocinas de por todo el mundo, y después de su éxito como jefe de cocina en el restaurante Seymours en Palmanova, ha abierto el encantador restaurante Sant Joan en Calvià. Martin es originalmente de Noruega y ha trabajado en el restaurante Bagatelle con estrella Michelín en Oslo, fué Chef Ejecutivo en el Radisson de Sydney y sous chef en el Hotel Ariel Sands en Bermuda. Elabora platos internacionales deliciosos con influencias Escandinavas y del Caribe. Martín también ha publicado un libro de recetas llamado 'Simply Seymours'.

    Martin Sveen has a wealth of experience in kitchens all over the world, and after gaining a steady flow of enthusiastic customers at Seymours restaurant in Palmanova, he now jointly runs the charming Sant Joan restaurant in Calvia. Martin is originally Norwegian and has worked in Oslo's Michelin star Bagatelle Restaurant, was Head Chef at Radisson, Sydney, and Sous Chef at Ariel Sands, Bermuda (Michael Douglas' family Hotel). He now cooks delicious international cuisine with Scandinavian and Caribbean influences. Martin has also produced a recipe book entitled 'Simply Seymours'.
