Description
At Cafe Fusion Lounge you will be able to enjoy the best selection of meats on the grill prepared lovingly by Pavla on her grill of almond, cherry and olive woods. You will also enjoy elaborate salads and delicious home made desserts. Cafe Fusion Restaurant has three different atmospheres to offer; an interior dining room with a wood fire, the lounge garden outside and the chill out terrace on the rooftop, specially designed for enjoying home made cocktails, drinks and 'shisha' Morrocan water pipes. The restaurant is decorated using lively colours and items from all over the world which lends it a true 'fusion' feel. And that is not the only fusion you will encounter here. Pavla is from the Czech Republic and René is French, and both have a long professional history in the world of restaurants. At their restaurant Cafe Fusion, they have wanted to combine their world wide experience of different cultures and styles to create a comfortable and cosy atmosphere, without ever forgetting to provide a professional service and quality cuisine.

Cafe Fusion can be found just off the main beach of Cuidad Jardin which is between Portixol and Can Pastilla.

Meats on the grill. Home made cocktails. There are daily suggestions, such as;  Quiche Lorraine, Grilled Sea bass, T-Bone Steak
'Narguiles' - Tradicional water pipes or 'shishas' from Asia and the Middle East with ten different flavours of tabaco (including rose, apple, mint etc)

Dishes can be adapted to suit the following dietary requirements

In the summer, (June, July, August, September) the kitchen is open from 18.00 to 24.00 and the Chill Out terrace is open till 3 am.

Desserts - Fresh Pineapple Carpaccio with lemon and champagne sorbet; Grilled banana with coconut milk, flambéed with rum and vanilla ice cream; Chocolate Fondue

Groups of up to 50 people in the summer and 35 people in the winter. Please book with at least 3 days notice

Wine List
A discreet but varied selection. The list includes wines from France, Argentina, New Zealand, Australia and the United States.



There are also Spanish wines from La Rioja, Val de Peña, Ribera del Duero and Cataluña and Mallorcan wines from Pere Seda, Anima Negra AN/2, Jaume Mesquida and Miquel Oliver amongst others. A fine selction of champagnes; Moet Chandon, Cristal, Dom Perignon
